O Conjunto Habitacional da Gandra foi construído em 1983 tratando-se de um conjunto de habitações com mais de 30 anos, que acolhe 199 famílias, num total de 738 pessoas. No entanto, apresenta diversas patologias que contribuem para a degradação do seu estado de conservação, sendo fundamental a presente intervenção de reabilitação de forma a criar as condições necessárias para uma habitação condigna. The Gandra Housing Complex was built in 1983 and is a group of dwellings over 30 years old, which hosts 199 families, out of a total of 738 people. However, it has several pathologies that contribute to the degradation of its conservation status, and the present rehabilitation intervention is fundamental in order to create the necessary conditions for a decent housing.
