    O projeto visa em promover a integração da bicicleta no sistema de deslocações urbanas dando continuidade à primeira fase já executada e com uma crescente adesão na sua utilização. Aumentar os percursos acessíveis em modos suaves através da construção de passeios de ambos os lados de forma a incentivar o percurso pedonal e a garantir a largura mínima regulamentar.     The project aims to promote the integration of the bicycle into the urban travel system by continuing the first phase already implemented and with increasing adherence to its use. Increase accessible routes in smooth modes by building walks on both sides to encourage pedestrian paths and ensure minimum regulatory width.
