It is intended to create conditions for the operation of the OI CCP through a team with recognised know-how in the management of training-action projects, having implemented projects with the Dinamizar brand since 2005. This project aims to focus on the intangible factors of the competitiveness of SMEs, based on a diagnosis of selected SMEs for the establishment of a concrete action plan to be implemented through training and consultancy actions.
