La actividad de Laboratorios Zotal, S.L. pertenece al sector industrial, está ubicada en Camas (Sevilla), especializada en la fabricación, comercialización, distribución al por mayor y por menor de productos para la desinfección, desinsectación, desratización, plaguicidas, desodorantes, jabones y detergentes, con alta en el CNAE 20.14 Fabricación de otros productos básicos de química orgánica. El objeto de proyecto es la automatización completa de la línea de llenado y la ampliación de la zona de almacenaje, que le permitirá aumentar su capacidad de producción, así como, la reducción de costes de fabricación.Las instalaciones actuales de la empresa, cuentan con 3.700,00 m2 construidos, que albergan: oficinas, zonas de producción y zona de almacenamiento, pretende ampliar el almacén construyendo una nave, en una parcela adjunta, propiedad de la mercantil Los Hoyanes, S.L., que participa en un 0,01% del capital social de Laboratorios Zotal, S.L.El 11 de septiembre de 2018, Laboratorios Zotal, S.L. y Los Hoyanes, S.L. formalizaron, contrato privado, constituyendo derecho de superficie sobre la finca 26604 del Registro de la Propiedad de Camas, acuerdo elevado a público e 27 de diciembre de 2019.Por tanto, Laboratorios Zotal, S.L. adquiere el derecho de superficie sobre esa parcela, con forma trapezoidal y superficie de 1.402,00 m2., para construir una nave sobre la que una vez construida mantendrá su propiedad durante al menos 25 anos.El proyecto cuenta con informe favorable emitido por la Delegación Territorial de Agricultura, Pesca y Desarrollo Sostenible de la Junta de Andalucía, por el que se propone considerar como modificación no sustancial de la Autorización Ambiental Unificada, el objeto de implantar nueva nave destinada a almacenamiento en las instalaciones que dispone Laboratorios Zotal, S.L. en la Ctra. Nacional 630 Km. 809 Polígono Industrial Los Hayones, 41900 Camas (Sevilla)Según indica la empresa, el proyecto se encuentra ejecutado en un 92%, por tanto, de acuerdo al importe de inversión ejecutado, las conceptos de inversión necesarios para llevar a cabo el proyecto, han tenido un importe inferior al establecido en la solicitud del incentivo, pasando de 1.047.009,68 euros a 939.983,26 euros. Los elementos de inversión objeto del proyecto son los siguientes:1.- Urbanización:Cerramiento de la parcela.2.- Naves y construcciones:Construcción de nave con superficie construida de 1.297,00 m2.3.- Bienes de equipo de proceso:Línea de envasado automática.Precintadora para final de línea.
