Através desta operação será elaborado o plano intermunicipal de adaptação às alterações climáticas da Comunidade Intermunicipal da Região de Coimbra, indo ao encontro dos objetivos da ENAAC 2020, em particular o desenvolvimento de estratégias regionais que permitam antever os impactos das alterações climáticas, melhorando o nível de conhecimento disponível, assim como a sugestão de medidas de adaptação específicas para a Região de Coimbra.
