Cílem projektu je navázání a realizace mezinárodní vědecké spolupráce prostřednictvím vytvoření atraktivních pracovních pozic pro perspektivní kandidáty ze zahraničí a dále podpory účasti vědeckých pracovníků ústavu u zahraničních renomovaných institucí. Výměna zkušeností a dobré praxe, rozšíření a udržení škály znalostí, schopností a dovedností zaměstnanců a síťování s odbornými organizacemi v mezinárodním měřítku tak zajistí kvalitní podmínky pro další rozvoj excelentního výzkumu na ÚOCHB. The exchange of experience and good practices, the dissemination and retention of the range of knowledge, skills and skills of staff and the networking of professional organisations on an international scale will thus ensure quality conditions for the further development of excellent research for ÚHOCB.
