    Por las patologías que llevaron a la declaración como ruina del edificio residencial antes referido, que obligó al realojo transitorio de los vecinos afectados, y a procederse (tras considerarse que la rehabilitación del antiguo inmueble conllevaba un coste mayor que el de construcción de nuevas viviendas) a la demolición del mismo; la presente operación contempla su sustitución por un nuevo inmueble para 6 viviendas. Con el fin de solucionar la ventilación e iluminación de todos los espacios habitables del nuevo edificio, sin perjudicar la habitabilidad de uno de los edificios residenciales colindantes (al respetarse las ventanas abiertas por éste en la medianera), se formalizan las nuevas viviendas entorno a un patio alargado adosado a dicho paramento; procurando mantener la estructura y el carácter del inmueble anterior: mismo número de plantas, misma formalización de fachadas.     Due to the pathologies which led to the declaration of the ruin of the residential building referred to above, which forced the temporary relocation of the affected neighbours, and the demolition of the old building (after the refurbishment of the old building was considered to entail a higher cost than that of the construction of new dwellings); the present operation provides for its replacement by a new building for 6 dwellings. In order to solve the ventilation and lighting of all the living spaces of the new building, without compromising the habitability of one of the adjoining residential buildings (by respecting the windows opened by the latter in the medianera), the new houses are formalised around an elongated courtyard attached to the building; trying to maintain the structure and character of the previous property: same number of floors, same formalisation of facades.
