Es un ERP que permitirá que los procesos de negocio sean mucho más eficientes, ya que posibilitarán el flujo de información (operación, facturación, contabilidad, recursos humanos, ventas, compras, cobros, pagos, bancos, etc.) a todos los niveles y áreas de la empresa.Se conseguirá simplificar la gestión, reducir costes en papel y tiempo, así como mejorar la imagen frente a los clientes, lo que les permitirá ser más competitivos.El proyecto total asciende a 17.002,98 euros y se desglosa en los siguientes elementos:- Adquisición de un servidor, cuyo coste se de 2.559,44 euros.- Equipo informático completo por importe de 1.200,00 euros.- 6 tablets por importe de 2.553,71 euros.- Software de gestión TeraGest (1.120,00 euros) + instalación, configuración y puesta en funcionamiento (serán necesarias 21 horas de trabajo y su coste es de 1.110,00 euros)+ 6 Licencias TeraGest Movilidad (2.400,00 euros) + 2 licencias TeraGest Distribución (2.550,00 euros).- Aplicación y licencia de Window Server (2.890,00 euros).- Instalación de servidor y configuración de tablets (619,83 euros).
