Tem como objetivo principal a qualificação de pessoas com deficiências e incapacidades. Está alicerçado fundamentalmente em percursos de formação tendo como base de trabalho os referenciais adaptados do CNQ. A gestão pedagógica será balizada pela apresentação prévia de planificações individualizadas para formação em sala,e PIA's para a FPCT, no sentido do ajustamento às necessidades das instituições e do mercado de trabalho. Its main objective is the qualification of people with disabilities and disabilities. It is fundamentally based on training paths based on the CNQ adapted frameworks.
