Las intervenciones que contempla la operación sobre los citados inmuebles de viviendas públicas del Centro Histórico de Cádiz, pretenden básicamente restaurar las condiciones de habitabilidad de las viviendas y de sus espacios comunes (con el reconocimiento de las zonas y elementos comunes como una extensión de la vivienda, promoviéndose así pautas de uso respetuosas, solidarias y favorecedoras de la convivencia). Estas intervenciones afectarán por lo general a los elementos comunes constructivos y funcionales de los inmuebles: reparación de revestimientos y carpinterías de fachada; recuperación de la impermeabilización de cubiertas; mejora de las instalaciones comunes, carpinterías y distribuciones interiores de vestíbulos, escaleras, patios, accesos,. Hacemos una especial mención a las prácticamente generalizadas intervenciones necesarias para disminuir y paliar los efectos de las humedades por capilaridad. (Spanish)

The interventions provided for in the operation on the above-mentioned public housing buildings of the Historical Centre of Cadiz are basically intended to restore the living conditions of the dwellings and their common spaces (with the recognition of the areas and common elements as an extension of the housing, thus promoting respectful, supportive and supportive use patterns of coexistence). These interventions will generally affect the common building and functional elements of buildings: repair of façade cladding and carpentry; retrieval of deck waterproofing; improvement of common facilities, carpentry and interior distributions of halls, stairs, patios, accesses. We make a special mention of the practically generalised interventions necessary to reduce and mitigate the effects of moisture by capillary. (English)
