A operação visa proporcionar a ativos empregados de PME, com especial foco nos/as que estão em situação de emprego instável e com qualificações ao nível do 12º ano ou superior, programas de formação que ampliem a sua empregabilidade e a competitividade dos negócios em que estão integrados/as. The operation aims to provide employed assets of SMEs, with a special focus on those in unstable employment and with qualifications at the 12nd year or higher level, training programmes that increase their employability and the competitiveness of the businesses in which they are integrated.
