    Con el proyecto planteado la empresa pretende integrar todos sus procesos de negocio a partir de la implementación de un software ERP, en concreto SAP Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. La implementación del ERP supondrá una serie de mejoras en las siguientes áreas:-Gestión financiera y administrativa: Control de plan de cuentas, diarios generales, contabilidad presupuestaria, impuestos, tesorería, albaranes, gestión de recursos humanos, etc.-Gestión de ventas, cobros y marketing: Gestión específica de clientes, facturas, ventas, devoluciones, etc.-Gestión de compras y pagos: Proveedores, ofertas, pedidos, devoluciones, facturas y pagos.-Gestión de almacén. Control de stock, recuentos, etc.-Módulo específico de gestión de construcción DynBuilder: Integración de proyectos, control de presupuestos, planning de proyectos, control de almacén de obra, certificaciones, etc. Por otro lado, se va a crear una pasarela de conexión entre el nuevo ERP y el programa con el que cuenta la empresa para el control de gastos y dedicación horaria del personal en obra DUROGEST.La consultora que se encargará de la implementación del ERP es Sofkia Consultoría y Desarrollo, SL. se trata de una companía especializada en implantación y optimización de soluciones de gestión empresarial con sede en Murcia.La conexión entre el ERP y el programa de control de gastos en obra lo va a llevar a cabo Agustín Sánchez Fábrega, experto en desarrollo web encargado de crear la plataforma DUROGEST, tiene su sede en Mojacar.
