Žadatelem o dotaci je společnost Sigmaplast a.s., která se v současnosti specializuje na výrobu vstřikovaných plastových dílů, určených převážně pro užití v automobilovém průmyslu. Záměrem předkládaného projektu je jednak rozšíření vstřikovny o 4 vstřikolisy umožňující kapacitní navýšení produkce a vybudování vlastní nástrojárny v areálu firmy, jenž zajistí výrobu nových vstřikovacích forem a jejich servis zcela v režii samotné společnosti. a.
