O objetivo da presente operação é alargar a base social de apoio aos estudantes do ensino superior público e privado. Com este objetivo pretende-se o aumento do nº de diplomados no âmbito da atual política de ação social, melhorando as possibilidades de acesso a estudantes socialmente desfavorecidos, deslocados ou portadores de deficiência. Pretende-se promover uma efetiva igualdade de oportunidades no acesso e frequência do ensino superior. (Portuguese)
