Contratación de personal especializado, mediante contrataciones públicas, para apoyar las actividades de gestión del programa, así como las de inspección y control de las actuaciones dirigidas a la adopción de medidas de prevención de detección de riesgos de fraude y, en su caso, actuaciones dirigidas a luchar contra el fraude y aplicación de medidas correctoras. Incluirán los gastos necesarios para efectuar las verificaciones in situ (dietas y desplazamientos) y para garantizar las condiciones necesarias para la correcta implementación del Acuerdo de Asociación y los Programas Operativos, su puesta en marcha, seguimiento y evaluación, gestión y control, así como el funcionamiento de las estructuras de coordinación necesarias para un eficaz desarrollo de los mismos.
