The general goal of the project is to obtain highly efficient and productive mass-production components and tools for heat-shaping processes (plastic injection moulding, die stamping and light-alloy injection moulding) while making use of steels with advanced thermal properties, additive-manufacturing techniques and post-process finishes in order to achieve greater efficiency in heat extraction and, therefore, the cost of these processes.
