El PECT de Mataró Maresme responde a la voluntad de organizar y aglutinar diferentes elementos singulares en el desarrollo económico de la comarca de forma alineada con la estrategia catalana de investigación e innovación para la especialización inteligente de Cataluña (RIS3CAT). Su objetivo es promover un crecimiento inteligente, sostenible e integrador, tal como se establece en la Estrategia Europea 2020, a la vez que se persigue tener presente los elementos clave del nuevo modelo: la innovación como estrategia de desarrollo, la capacitación profesionales, el papel central del TecnoCampus, la transferencia de conocimiento o la capitalización del talento y el emprendimiento, entre otros. El Ayuntamiento de Mataró, entidad representante del PECT, es responsable de la coordinación general, la justificación y la interlocución con la Generalitat durante su duración. Así mismo, estará presente a todas las operaciones de las diferentes entidades socias para dar coherencia, garantizar el arraigo al territorio y la generación de beneficios para éste en cada una de las actuaciones, así como para asegurar la correcta gestión del PECT. PECT of Mataró Maresme¿s aim is to organize and bring together different unique elements in the economic development of the region in coordination with the Catalan strategy of research and innovation for the intelligent specialization of Catalonia (RIS3CAT). Its aim is to promote a smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, as set out in the European 2020 strategy, at the same time that aims to keep in mind the key elements of the new model: innovation as a strategy of development, professional training, central role of TecnoCampus, knowledge transfer or the capitalization of talent and entrepreneurship. The City council of Mataró develops the functions of representative and is responsible for overall coordination, the justification and the permanent dialogue with the Generalitat¿s government during its duration. Furthermore, it will be present at all the partner¿s operations to make coherent, secure attachment to Maresme and generate benefits to the region in each action. Likewise, its role will ensure the proper management of the project. (English)
