Consiste en el desarrollo de una aplicación en entorno Android/iOS que permita el uso del teléfono móvil para la medida de la calidad de zumos y lácteos simplemente con la utilización de un chip fungible. Se desarrollarán varios métodos químicos para la determinación de marcadores redox de la calidad de estos alimentos y posteriormente se desarrollará el chip en el cual se alojarán los reactivos y que presentará una cámara de mezcla que será donde aparezca el color y por tanto la zona donde se fotografiará con el teléfono móvil. Posteriormente con el uso de la aplicación y con todo el desarrollo matemático implementado en la misma se permitirá saber los valores de calidad del producto lácteo o del zumo a través de los parámetros medidos por la intensidad del color fotografiado. It consists of the development of an application in an Android/iOS environment that allows the use of mobile phones to measure the quality of juice and dairy products simply by using a fungible chip. Various chemical methods will be developed for the determination of redox markers for the quality of these foods and later the chip will be developed in which the reagents will be housed and which will present a mixing chamber that will be where the colour appears and thus the area where it will be photographed with the mobile phone. Subsequently, with the use of the application and with all the mathematical development implemented in it, it will be possible to know the quality values of the dairy product or the juice through the parameters measured by the intensity of the photographed colour.
