The tool, framed within business intelligence systems (BI), will assist in the continuous improvement of organisational processes._x000D_ In addition to managing clients, resources, projects and tasks, it has an analytical intelligence module that allows making optimal assignments of tasks to the most appropriate resources and that is capable of generating KPIs with aggregate data. This module provides the decision support system (DSS) tool. The entire project is constituted from the philosophy of continuous improvement known as ""Kaizen""; and its Continuous Improvement to Total Quality (CI/TQM) application methodology. (English)
