En esta operación solo se incluirán acciones contempladas en el PMUS vigente que justifiquen una ahorro mínimo respecto de la situación de partida (mínimo 5%) y que supongan un cambio modal real desde el vehículo privado a modos mas eficientes, pudiéndose establecer la relación causa-efecto._x000D_ La operación planea actuaciones de tipo:_x000D_ ¿ Ordenación urbanística del trafico y el entorno peatonal._x000D_ ¿ Regular el aparcamiento en superficie._x000D_ ¿ Creaciones de áreas de coexistencia de trafico y uso de la calle en los espacios públicos urbano con identidad._x000D_ ¿ Mejora de los itinerarios ciclistas, y de la seguridad vial._x000D_ ¿ Mejora de los itinerarios peatonales, acondicionamiento de aceras, adecuación del mobiliario urbano , interviniendo en las intersecciones de vías, ampliando la fase de verde de los semáforos, eliminando barreras arquitectónicas y mejorando la accesibilidad de las paradas y terminales del sistema de transporte colectivo._x000D_ ¿ Implantación de zonas 30 para el calmado del trafico._x000D_ La operación se realizará en varias fases, con los correspondientes procedimientos de licitación. This operation will only include actions contemplated in the current PMUS that justify a minimum saving with respect to the starting situation (minimum 5%) and that suppose a real modal change from the private vehicle to more efficient ways, being able to establish the causal relationship. effect._x000D_ The operation plans type actions:_x000D_ ¿ Urban planning of traffic and the pedestrian environment._x000D_ ¿ Regulate surface parking._x000D_ ¿ Creations of areas of traffic coexistence and street use in urban public spaces with identity._x000D_ ¿ Improvement of cycling routes, and road safety._x000D_ ¿ Improvement of the pedestrian routes, conditioning of sidewalks, adaptation of street furniture, intervening at the intersections of roads, expanding the green phase of the traffic lights, eliminating architectural barriers and improving the accessibility of stops and terminals of the collective transport system._x000D_ ¿ Implementation of zones 30 for traffic calming._x000D_ The operation will be carried out in several phases, with the corresponding tender procedures.
