Last generation technical scientific equipment project and its access and shared use by a group of researchers formed by research groups of 6 entities from 6 different autonomous communities. The equipment requested works as a whole (laser and hyperspectral aerial and land remote sensing) that can operate in different configurations and is applicable, among others, to the areas of precision agriculture, infrastructure, mining, paleontology, archeology, forest management or ecology. The equipment that is requested is composed of two sensors: (1) wide-range range hyperspectral camera system (visible and infrared spectrum) and (2) laser scanner system; as well as three platforms on which will be installed according to the mission: (3) and (4) RPAS (remotely piloted aircraft system or commonly drone) helicopter and RPAS multirotor, as well as (5) robotic and autonomous land platform. A RPAS helicopter has been chosen (as it is the most versatile and most aerodynamically efficient tool, although difficult to pilot), a multirotor RPAS (very easy to be piloted and stable, with specific missions different from those of the helicopter) and an autonomous terrestrial robotic platform to operate on the ground, something fundamental, because our experience has taught us that from the air it is impossible to extract all the necessary information in many applications, wherewith the ideal is to complement the air mission with another terrestrial one.
