(Spanish)

The University of Cádiz is promoting activities to attend to the social responsibility of transferring progress in science to the economic fabric of its surrounding region. In this sense, advances are being made in the knowledge, development, and strengthening of the scientific and technological sectors in accordance with the primary objectives established for research at regional, national, and European levels. The objective is to become a reference institution in technological research at all levels of development, with special attention devoted to the knowledge transfer._x000D_ In order to carry this out, it becomes necessary to create a lab dedicated to low noise magnetic measurement systems. The equipment and instrumentation within this lab will help to characterize advanced magnetic measurement sensing systems by using interconnected high precision electronic instrumentation. Among the proposed equipment, we highlight high resolution and low electronic noise, low distortion, and low jitter instruments._x000D_ It is noteworthy that a part of the project is framed in an ambitious technological program of the European Space Agency (ESA) in collaboration with NASA for the development of a magnetic monitoring system for the future space-based gravitational wave detector. The potential impact of a project of such magnitude will help us to transfer cutting-edge technology to the industry. (English)
