Največji del investicije predstavlja izgradnja nove sončne elektrarne za samooskrbo z električno energijo, moči 48 kW. Streha objekta se bo izolirala s 26 cm debelo kameno volno, s 16 cm EPS (stiropor) pa bodo toplotno izolirali zunanje stene objekte, s čimer se bo precej zmanjšala potrebna toplota za ogrevanje objekta. V gostinskem delu objekta bodo zamenjali obstoječa več kot 25 let stara okna in vrata, ki na določenih mestih ne tesnijo več v celoti, z novimi troslojnimi PVC okni in vrati (24 kosov različnih dimenzij), predmet investicije pa bo tudi zamenjava okenskih polic. V gostinskem delu se bo vgradil sodobni prezračevalni sistem in zamenjal sistem ogrevanja prostorov; namestil se bo energetsko precej učinkovitejši sistem ogrevanja z dvema toplotnima črpalkama zrak – voda (kaskadna vezava), skupne toplotne moči 28 kW. V okviru operacije je predvidena tudi zamenjava svetil z LED razsvetljavo (65 kom), zamenjava sanitarne opreme (7 varčnih pip v kuhinji in za šankom, 3 izjemno varčne pipe s sušilcem za roke v WC-jih, 3 podometne splakovalnike za WC školjke, 2 nova pisoarja, ki za svoje delovanje ne potrebujeta vode, ampak samo tablete in 2 sistema za brezkontaktno dezinfekcijo), namestitev 14 termostatskih ventilov na radiatorje, vzpostavitev ločenega vodovodnega sistema z deževnico ter nakup nove stiskalnice za odpadke. The largest part of the investment is the construction of a new solar power plant for self-supply of electricity, with a capacity of 48 kW. The roof of the building will be insulated with 26 cm thick stone wool, and with 16 cm EPS (styropor) thermally insulated the exterior walls of the building, thus significantly reducing the heat needed to heat the building. In the restaurant part of the building, the existing windows and doors will be replaced by more than 25-year-old windows and doors, which in certain places no longer seal completely, with new three-layer PVC windows and doors (24 pieces of different dimensions), and the replacement of window sills will also be the subject of investment. In the restaurant section a modern ventilation system will be installed and the space heating system replaced; a much more energy efficient heating system will be installed with two air heat pumps — water (cascade bonding), a total heat output of 28 kW. The operation also provides for the replacement of lights with LED lighting (65 pcs), the replacement of sanitary equipment (7 energy-saving taps in the kitchen and behind the bar, 3 extremely economical taps with a hand dryer in the toilets, 3 floor flushers for toilets, 2 new urinals that do not require water, but only tablets and 2 systems for non-contact disinfection), the installation of 14 thermostatic valves on radiators, the establishment of a separate water supply system with rainwater and the purchase of a new waste press.
