Operacija, ki je predmet sofinanciranja po tej pogodbi, je del investicijskega projekta, katerega namen je celovito urediti tj. rekonstruirati in obnoviti Skupnostni center Nova Gorica. Namen predmetne operacije je zagotovitev kakovostne socialno varstvene infrastrukture za zagotovitev boljše socialne vključenosti na lokalnem nivoju, in sicer socialno infrastrukturo za osebe z dolgotrajnimi težavami v duševnem zdravju in motnjami v duševnem razvoju.
