La operación consiste en la adquisición centralizada de vacunas y su distribución a las Comunidades Autónomas. El Ministerio de Sanidad, gestiona el suministro de vacunas de acuerdo a los criterios establecidos por la Comisión Europea y la posterior distribución a las CCAA para su administración a la población española en el marco de la estrategia de vacunación consensuada y adoptada por el Consejo Interterritorial del Sistema Nacional de Salud. This operation consists of the centralized acquisition of vaccines and their distribution to all Spanish Regions (Autonomous Communities). The Ministry of Health manages the supply of vaccines according to the criteria established by the European Commission and the subsequent distribution to each and every region for their administration to the Spanish population within the framework of the vaccination strategy agreed upon and adopted by the Interterritorial Council of the Spanish National Health System.
