Glavni cilj projekta je izvedba aktivnosti za povečanje vključenosti in opolnomočenja ciljnih skupin ter njihovo aktivacijo in udejstvovanje v okolju. Cilj projekta bo dosežen z izvedbo tako predvidenih, kot tudi na novo razvitih aktivnosti, glede na potrebe posameznikov, v sklopu programa, namenjenih aktivaciji in opolnomočenju vključenih oseb. V sklopu projekta bomo vzpostavili inovativno sodelovanje in združevanje s številnimi deležniki v okolju z namenom izvajanja celostnega programa za povečanje socialne vključenosti ciljne skupine skozi različne aktivnosti in dejavnosti vseživljenjskega učenja skladno s sodobnimi smernicami, kjer bo v ospredju uporabnik, njegove želje in potrebe. S pomočjo neformalnih metod, vseživljenjsko zastavljenega učenja in projektnega dela bodo vključene osebe krepile lastne kompetence z namenom preprečevanja socialne izključenosti in neaktivnosti. The main objective of the project is to implement activities to increase the involvement and empowerment of target groups and their activation and participation in the environment. The objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of both planned and newly developed activities, according to the needs of individuals, as part of the programme aimed at the activation and empowerment of the persons involved. As part of the project, we will establish innovative cooperation and collaboration with many stakeholders in the environment with the aim of implementing an integrated programme to increase the social inclusion of the target group through various lifelong learning activities in accordance with modern guidelines, where the focus will be on the user, their wishes and needs. Through non-formal methods, lifelong learning and project work, the people involved will strengthen their own competences in order to prevent social exclusion and inactivity. (English)
