La Operación OT6-V-A0012-OP01V, en el marco de la LA A0012 “Campañas Ciudadanas de Sensibilización Ambiental” (LA 2.4.1. de la EDUSI), pretende la puesta en práctica del Proyecto aprobado por el Ayto de Vva. de la Serena denominado “Programa de sensibilización Ambiental de la Vega del Quinto Coto” consistente en campañas de sensibilización y concienciación medioambiental, que persigan la adquisición de valores medioambientales para la protección de los recursos naturales generales que se configuren como instrumento que favorezca modelos de conducta sostenibles. _x000D_ El programa aprobado contempla una triple dimensión:_x000D_ a.) Mejora de las instalaciones del Actual Centro de Educación Ambiental dando cabida al Centro de Interpretación del Río Zújar, especialización del mismo en naturaleza de ríos y humedales, con las especies vegetales características que tenemos en la zona. Para ello el Proyecto pretende dotar al centro de los elementos informativos correspondientes (paneles, proyecciones, nuevas tecnologías, libros, etc)._x000D_ b.) Mejora de la dimensión ambiental de la Vega del Quinto Coto, a orillas del Río Zújar, mediante el desarrollo de las labores de poda y desbroce general, instalación de elementos vegetales y no vegetales, encauzamiento, represas y pasarela en Arroyo El Coto así como instalación de talanqueras, bancos y cartelería en el entorno. _x000D_ c.) Aprovechando lo anterior, desarrollo del Programa de Actividades y talleres educativos en las anualidades 2021-2022, con el fin difundir los valores ambientales, haciendo uso de recursos pedagógicos y de sensibilización que respondan a las necesidades educativas del público infantil, joven o adulto con temas relacionados con el medio natural y la educación ambiental. Operation OT6-V-A0012-OP01V, within the framework of LA A0012 "Citizen Environmental Awareness Campaigns" (LA 2.4.1. eduSI), aims to implement the Project approved by the Ayto de Vva. Serena called the "Environmental Awareness Programme of the Vega del Quinto Coto" consisting of environmental awareness and awareness campaigns, which pursue the acquisition of environmental values for the protection of general natural resources that are configured as an instrument that favors sustainable models of behavior. _x000D_ The approved programme envisages a threefold dimension:_x000D_ a.) Improvement of the facilities of the Current Center for Environmental Education, accommodating the Interpretation Center of the Zújar River, specialization of it in the nature of rivers and wetlands, with the characteristic plant species that we have in the area. To this end, the Project aims to provide the centre with the corresponding information elements (panels, projections, new technologies, books, etc.)._x000D_ b.) Improvement of the environmental dimension of the Vega del Quinto Coto, on the banks of the Zújar River, through the development of pruning and general clearing, installation of plant and non-plant elements, route, dams and walkway in Arroyo El Coto as well as installation of talanqueras, banks and signage in the environment. _x000D_ c.) Taking advantage of the above, development of the Programme of Educational Activities and Workshops in the annuities 2021-2022, in order to disseminate environmental values, making use of pedagogical and awareness-raising resources that respond to the educational needs of children, young people or adults with issues related to the natural environment and environmental education.
