El proyecto presentado tiene como objetivo dotar al área de estampación de la conectividad y la sensorización necesarias para conectar esta área con el resto del proceso productivo empleando tecnología JDF. Para ello se adquiere una máquina de estampación de nueva generación permite dotar al proceso de estampación con conectividad con el resto de las fases del proceso productivo. Asimismo, permite mejorar la productividad del proceso de estampación al contar con sistemas de ajuste automáticos y velocidades de producción muy superiores a las actuales. Con el proyecto se pretende conseguir una simplificación de la planificación, una mejora de la productividad, una reducción de problemas de calidad y reducción de los tiempos de arranque y de la maculatura y un mejor control de procesos, reduciendo los errores._x000D_ El presupuesto presentado incluye una estampadora Brausse Signa 1050 FI ofertada por BRAUSSE, siendo subvencionable el equipo presentado o similar. The project presented aims to provide the stamping area with the necessary connectivity and sensorisation to connect this area with the rest of the production process using JDF technology. For this purpose, a new generation stamping machine is acquired to equip the stamping process with connectivity with the rest of the production process. It also improves the productivity of the stamping process by having automatic adjustment systems and production speeds much higher than the current ones. The project aims at simplifying planning, improving productivity, reducing quality problems and reducing start-up times and maculature and better process control, reducing errors._x000D_ The budget presented includes a Brausse Signa 1050 FI stamper offered by Brausse, the equipment presented being eligible or similar.
