El objetivo del proyecto presentado consiste es incluir en la línea de producción de la empresa un centro de mecanizado de alta presión bajo atmósfera controlada para cumplir los estándares de precisión de las piezas y permita recopilar toda la información del proceso de fabricación para su análisis e integración con el resto de procesos productivos de la empresa. El análisis de la información adquirida proporcionará una visión global que permitirá la toma de decisiones de negocio. La conectividad y el mejor control del proceso agilizarán las decisiones a nivel de_x000D_ organización._x000D_ El presupuesto incluye una máquina de control de ejes Mikron MILL S 400 U ofertada por GF Machining Solutions S.A.U., un módulo de impulsión de aire filtrado TELSTAR Modelo: AVF-120 ofertado por Venair Ibérica, S.A.U. y módulos de automatización de OMROM ofertados por Tecnologia Servicios y Soluciones T2S SL, siendo subvencionable los equipos presentados o similares. The objective of the proposed project is to include in the production line of the company a high pressure machining center under controlled atmosphere to meet the precision standards of the parts and to collect all the information of the manufacturing process for analysis and integration with the other production processes of the company.
