    Z investicijo bomo energetsko obnovili poslovno stavbo, s čimer bomo zmanjšali fiksne stroške poslovanja. Z energetsko sanacijo objekta bomo podaljšali oddajanje sob in apartmajev na celo leto, kar je bilo sedaj zaradi velikih stroškov ogrevanja objekta negospodarno, predvsem v zimskih mesecih. S to investicijo želimo dodatno izolirati celotno fasado, ki obsega 270 m2, z dodatnimi 10 cm izolacijskega materiala. Pri strehi ne bomo zamenjali kritine (kombinacija slame in izoteksa), vendar bomo izolirali ostrešje z dodatno izolacijo v debelini 20 cm in s tem zmanjšali toplotne izgube. Velik energetski prihranek dosegli tudi z zamenjavo stavbnega pohištva (27 oken različnih dimenzij s trislojno zasteklitvijo in sedem zunanjih vrat). Zamenjali bomo tudi način ogrevanja celotnega objekta in sicer s plinske peči in radiatorjev na toplotno črpalko ter talno gretje, saj so tako stroški ogrevanja neprimerljivo manjši.Talno gretje bomo napravili po celotnem objektu (480 m2) in zamenjali tlake z bolj primernimi novemu načinu ogrevanja. Z rekuperacijo zraka bomo zmanjšali toplotne izgube, saj ne bo potrebno odpirati oken, saj za boljšo klimo v prostoru poskrbi rekuperacija sama. Zamenjali bomo tudi vse pipe( 24 kom) z varčnimi, saj bomo tako prihranili na porabi vode (Slovenian)

    With the investment, we will renovate the office building in energy, reducing the fixed operating costs. With the energy renovation of the building, we will extend the renting of rooms and apartments to the whole year, which was now uneconomical due to the high heating costs of the building, especially during the winter months. With this investment we want to further insulate the entire facade, which comprises 270 m², with an additional 10 cm of insulation material. At the roof, we will not replace the roofing (combination of straw and isotex), but we will isolate the roof with additional insulation in a thickness of 20 cm, thereby reducing heat losses. Significant energy savings are also achieved through the replacement of joinery (27 windows of different dimensions with three-layer glazing and seven exterior doors). We will also replace the heating method of the entire building from gas stoves and radiators to heat pumps and underfloor heating, as this results in an unparalleled reduction in heating costs. The heating system will be installed throughout the building (480 m²) and replace pressures with a more suitable new heating mode. By recuperating the air, we will reduce heat losses, as it will not be necessary to open the windows, because for a better air conditioning in the room is provided by the recovery itself.
