Ključni del projekta predstavlja vzpostavitev integriranih centrov za krepitev zdravja (CKZ) kot samostojnih enot v zdravstvenih domovih. CKZ so ključne organizacijske strukture na primarni ravni zdravstvenega varstva za zagotavljanje izvajanja zdravstvenovzgojnih obravnav ter aktivnosti krepitve zdravja in zmanjševanje neenakosti v zdravju pri prebivalcih vseh populacijskih skupin v lokalnih skupnosti. A key part of the project is the establishment of integrated health promotion centres (CKZ) as independent units in health centres. CCCs are key organisational structures at the primary level of healthcare to ensure the implementation of health education treatments, health promotion activities and reduction of health inequalities among residents of all population groups in local communities.
