The project consists of carrying out a set of deepening dredges on the navigation channels (Barra and North Channel) to allow larger (and draught) ships to enter, improving safety and operational performance. This is an investment aimed at obtaining new operational funds, providing greater capacity to the port, responding to increased demand for containerised traffic. (English)
