A operação consta da ligação da rede existente na povoação de Casa Nova da Cruz, cujo abastecimento é feito a partir de uma origem não controlada, à rede de distribuição de S. Teotónio. Para o efeito, prevê-se que a conduta a instalar seja ligada na zona do Sobreirinho à conduta existente com origem no depósito do Derrouca onde será executado o nó de abastecimento geral para a nova conduta que terá uma extensão de 4933 m até à Casa Nova da Cruz.
