A requalificação desta zona que se apresenta degradada transformando-a numa via pedonal de ligação entre a linha férrea, a estação ferroviária e a ponte de ligação ao centro de Luzianes-Gare. Nesta zona encontram-se importantes equipamentos coletivos, como a referida Estação Ferroviária, a sede do Clube Desportivo, o Centro Social e os antigos Celeiros da EPAC, onde funciona um importante Centro de Transformação de Produtos Endógenos.
