    A operação GenPrOv visa gerar novos conhecimentos sobre os efeitos de genes do eixo somatotrófico na produção e qualidade do leite, persistência da lactação, aptidão tecnológica e no rendimento queijeiro em ovelhas Assaf, ao identificar SNPs em genes candidatos, a serem usadas em programas de seleções da raça, contribuindo para aumentar o conhecimento técnico e científico e a sustentabilidade económica da produção de leite de ovelha no Alentejo.
