    Z operacijo si podjetje prizadeva za boljšo uporabniško izkušnjo kupcev in dobaviteljev skozi odpravo procesov pošiljanja dokumentacije prek e-maila in fizičnega klicanja obeh entitet. Potrebna je tudi posodobitev zastarele spletne strani. Nadgraditi želijo področje podatkovne strategije saj podatke hranijo na papirju in obdelujejo v excel tabelah pri čemur imajo težave z agregiranjem teh podatkov. Optimizirati želijo procese kot so javljanje napak v proizvodih, shranjevanje dokumentacije in sestava proizvodov. Ti procesi upočasnjujejo njihove delovne tokove in ustvarjajo izgube. Svoje poslovanje želijo razširiti s poslovnim modelom vdelane spletne trgovine, kjer želijo tržiti vzdrževalna dela na strojih. Glede na to, da razvijajo digitalne produkte in poslovne modele, želijo na tem področju dobiti nove digitalne kompetence in poenotiti znanje vseh zaposlenih. (Slovenian)
