    Podjetje se bo digitalne transformacije lotilo na večih področjih, in sicer na internih izboljšavah poslovnih procesov do osredotočanja na izboljšavo nakupne izkušnje za kupca. Pri tem bo uredilo podatkovno bazo, omogočilo upravljanje, analiziranje in vizualizacijo določenih podatkov za kupce, njihovo-ne podvajanje v IT sistemu podjetja ter zmanjšalo ročno delo s podatki v različnih oddelki podjetja, kar bo povečalo učinkovitost podjetja in dela zaposlenih ter skrajšalo čase upravljanja s podatki. Vzpostavili bodo e-platformo, ki bo omogočala sproten vpogled kupcev v porabo energentov v časovnem obdobju, izmenjavo podatkov med dobaviteljem in kupci, planiranje stroškov za kupce in digitaliziran proces obračunavanja podatkov.
