V okviru dveh digitalnih iniciativ – ukrepov: 1. Neprekinjena Pametna tovarna v razmerah COVID-19 (v kratica »NPT-C19«) in 2. Pametna merilna naprava s povratno zanko (kratica »PMNPZ«) bo zajelo vlaganje v digitalizacijo odnosa s kupci, dobavitelji in partnerji, usposabljanja za dvig digitalno-upravljavskih kompetenc, vpeljalo digitalni poslovni modela na podlagi inovativnega digitalnega produkta/storitve, izvedlo digitalizacijo proizvodnje v skladu Industrije 4.0 ter prehodom iz tradicionalnih proizvodnih LEAN pristopov na »DIGITAL LEAN verige vrednosti, Še posebej z novim poslovnim modelom bo podjetje ohranilo ključne kupce ter izvedlo vstop na nove trge in tržne niše.
