The purpose of the operation is to encourage entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial thinking among young people. Through educational workshops, they will raise awareness, motivate and promote entrepreneurial thinking and entrepreneurial pathways, especially in school-age children, and will also target young unemployed people. In primary schools, they will establish a supportive environment that will give young people the opportunity to learn about the dimension of entrepreneurship beyond Slovenia’s borders. Examples of good practices (via videoconferences, a visit to the business incubator) will help young people discover their potential and show how a good idea can make them very successful in the field they are pleased to see. The innovativeness of the operation is demonstrated by the establishment of an additional lesson as part of elective courses, where students learn about the life of the entrepreneur and forms of entrepreneurship in the area of Obsotelj and Kozjansko with the help of experienced entrepreneurs. Namen operacije je spodbujati podjetniško in podjetno razmišljanje med mladimi. S pomočjo izobraževalnih delavnic bodo osveščali, motivirali in spodbujali podjetniško razmišljanje in podjetniško pot, predvsem pri šoloobveznih otrocih, delavnice bodo namenjene tudi mladim brezposelnim. V osnovnih šolah bodo vzpostavili podporno okolje, ki bo mladim dalo priložnost za spoznavanje razsežnosti podjetništva tudi izven meja Slovenije. S primeri dobrih praks (preko videokonferenc, obiska podjetniškega inkubatorja), bodo mladi odkrivali svoj potencial ter pokazali, kako lahko z dobro idejo postanejo zelo uspešni na področju, ki jih veseli. Inovativnost operacije se kaže z vzpostavitvijo dodatne učne ure v sklopu izbirnih predmetov, kjer učenci/dijaki s pomočjo izkušenih podjetnikov spoznajo življenje podjetnika ter oblike podjetništva na območju Obsotelja in Kozjanskega.
