    El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de un plan estratégico, que consistirá en dos hitos:Hito 1: Visión estratégica: Elaboración de un diagnóstico de las decisiones estratégicas adoptadas por la empresa hoy y en los próximos 3 anos, con el objetivo de lograr ser competitiva en los mercados internacionales, cumpliendo los objetivos marcados en cuanto a crecimiento y rentabilidad.Hito 2: Visión operativa: Elaboración de un plan operativo de internacionalización, en el que se establecen las actividades y proyectos a desarrollar, en el horizonte temporal de un ano.
