The action is proposed on the road of the urban plot coinciding with the area delimited by the Special Plan for the Protection of the Historical Complex of Arahal as the center/historical complex of Arahal, which represents approximately 60-65 % of the total urban road of the municipality.The aforementioned PREP establishes that the actions once selected will be carried out, as a general rule, in two successive phases, a first phase of project drafting and other complementary actions formalised in a Framework Agreement between the Ministry and the corresponding City Council or Public Entity and which aims to develop the programming, studies and projects work; and a second phase of execution of the works, formalised in an Agreement for the Execution of Works between the above-mentioned administrations, which will have as its object the regulation of the financing of the works and the conditions for the execution, management and conservation of the public space to be implemented. La actuación se plantea sobre el viario de la trama urbana coincidente con la zona delimitada urbanísticamente por el Plan Especial de Protección del Conjunto Histórico de Arahal como centro/conjunto histórico de Arahal, lo que supone aproximadamente el 60-65% del viario urbano total del municipio.El citado PREP establece que las actuaciones una vez seleccionadas se desarrollarán, como norma general, en dos fases sucesivas, una primera fase de redacción de proyecto y otras actuaciones complementarias formalizada en un Convenio Marco entre la Consejería y el Ayuntamiento o Entidad Pública correspondiente y que tiene por objeto el desarrollo de los trabajos de programación, estudios y proyectos; y una segunda fase de ejecución de las obras, formalizadas en un Convenio de Ejecución de Obras entre las administraciones ya citadas y que tendrá por objeto la regulación de la financiación de las obras y las condiciones de ejecución, gestión y conservación del espacio público que se pretende ejecutar. En este caso se pretende desarrollar la ejecución de las obras para lo que se firmará el correspondiente Convenio de Ejecución. (Spanish)
