El proyecto a realizar, consiste en una mejora de la productividad, mejora en la calidad del producto, y mejora en los plazos de entrega mediante la compra de:_x000D_ Una máquina automática para la precostura de aberturas rectangulares de bolsillos de última generación, llevando asociado:_x000D_ Actualmente, son 2 personas las que se encargan de la costura de los bolsillos de todas las prendas que son confeccionadas en nuestra fábrica. El tiempo invertido en este proceso, además del margen de error posible, nos hace perder competitividad, tiempo y dinero._x000D_ Con la adquisición de ésta máquina automática, podremos disminuir los tiempos de fabricación en 5 minutos para chandals (bolsillos de chaqueta de 1 vivo de 16 mm) y 3 minutos para pantalones de vestir (bolsillo trasero de 2 vivos de 8+8 mm). Además de tener la certeza de que la producción va a ir 100% igual en medidas. Pues es muy fácil que un operario pueda equivocarse, y un bolsillo de otro difiera en unos milímetros, dando lugar a errores._x000D_ Actualmente Camacho Sport, tiene posibilidad de seguir creciendo, pero estamos muy limitados en lo que respecta a capacidad de producción por la falta de mano de obra cualificada._x000D_ Con esta máquina, no necesitamos mano de obra cualificada, solo operarios que pongan las piezas una encima de otra, y pulsen un pedal, encargándose la máquina de hacer el resto (hasta su apilado)._x000D_ _x000D_ Y la adquisición de una máquina de estampación de tejidos (calandra), la cual lleva asociada:_x000D_ La oportunidad de aumentar nuestra producción y poder así abarcar otros segmentos de mercado de nuestro sector; ya que tenemos en nuestra mesa varias propuestas con grandes empresas como Coca-Coca e Iberian Partners._x000D_ Esta maquinaria también nos daría la oportunidad de poder realizar trabajos para equipos de fútbol, de baloncesto, entre otros. Actualmente Camacho Sport, tiene posibilidad de seguir creciendo, pero estamos muy limitados en lo que respecta a capacidad de producción por la falta de maquinaria especializada._x000D_ En 2015, Camacho Sport ha firmado un contrato con Salesianos para la fabricación de la uniformidad de 38 colegios a Nivel Nacional, que pasaría a 56 en los próximos dos años. También hemos cerrado con la Diócesis de Sevilla para vestir a todos los colegios Parroquiales de la provincia (un total de 8), tenemos propuestas encima de la mesa para vestir a colectivos como CEU (Centro de Estudios Universitarios) a nivel Nacional, Carmelitas a nivel Nacional, Dominicos, etc., pero actualmente nos es imposible aumentar mucho más la capacidad de producción. _x000D_ El plazo que nos proponemos para llevar a cabo el proyecto es de 6 meses.
