La actuación consiste en la modernización de las_x000D_ infraestructuras del Centro Residencial para personas mayores “Isdabe”, en Estepona, Málaga. La intervención se centra_x000D_ específicamente en resolver determinados aspectos funcionales para cumplir con la normativa sectorial propia, la de Servicios_x000D_ Sociales, y con la normativa general de la edificación. Se realizarán las obras necesarias para mejorar aspectos de salubridad,_x000D_ seguridad en utilización, seguridad estructural y seguridad en caso de incendios. Se contemplarán medidas que posibilitarán el uso_x000D_ del Centro por personas con discapacidad física o sensorial, temporal o permanente, con grado I de dependencia moderada (Spanish)
