La actuación consiste en la modernización de las infraestructuras del Centro de Participación Activa para personas mayores “Guadix”, Granada. La intervención se centra específicamente en resolver determinados aspectos funcionales para cumplir con la normativa sectorial propia, la de Servicios Sociales, y con la normativa general de la edificación. Se realizarán las obras necesarias para mejorar aspectos de salubridad, seguridad en utilización, seguridad estructural y seguridad en caso de incendios. Se contemplarán medidas que posibilitarán el uso del Centro por personas con discapacidad física o sensorial, temporal o permanente, con grado I de dependencia moderada. (Spanish)
