La actuación proyectada por INPALUC, tiene como objeto la ampliación y mejora de la capacidad de producción de pan en diversos formatos y formulaciones,mediante la incorporación de maquinaria de proceso de última generación.La inversión proyectada va destinada a las siguientes fases del proceso productivo: amasado (dos amasadoras) ,corte (una cortadora automática por chorro de agua), cocción (cuatro hornos Miwe roll-in disenados para cocción de piezas de masa en carros rotativos ) y congelación (un túnel de ultra congelación).Con ejecución de este proyecto de inversión, INPALUC, SL, se compromete a crear 5 empleos indefinidos en el su centro productivo de LUCENA (Córdoba).
