Esta zona existente en el puerto de Ayamonte posee una posición y un valor adecuado para suscitar una acción de regeneración de la misma con un alto impacto paisajístico y medioambiental. Las actuaciones que se van a desarrollar en el ámbito de la operación propuesta son: - La regeneración del espacio mediante la dotación de vegetación, servicios e instalaciones, elementos de mobiliario urbano y zonas de estancia que mejoren el impacto visual paisajístico. - Delimitar un área para crear un espacio único de asistencia de autocaravanas, en estas zonas próximas al entorno urbano, para crear estancias agradables para este tipo de usuarios de difícil integración con los normales servicios urbanos existentes en las vías públicas, convirtiéndose en un nuevo centro de reclamo de un turismo sostenible. - Instalación de elementos de iluminación alimentados mediante placas fotovoltaicas. - Proporcionar al entorno urbano una mejor integración de dichas parcelas portuarias, dando al mismo tiempo solución al tratamiento de los residuos. - Posibilitar un espacio natural y ecológico que permita un desarrollo social y turístico de dichos espacios portuarios, con un claro criterio de contribución al medioambiente y a la vez elevar el valor de las características paisajísticas.
