    La empresa solicitante, Aquatubo SL, se encuentra en una fase de crecimiento y expansión geográfica, abriendo una nueva actividad en Andalucía Oriental. Tras un proceso interno de análisis de procesos, dentro del desarrollo de su plan estratégico de sistemas y para poder gestionar el crecimiento, ha decidido acometer un proyecto para la implantación de una herramienta de gestión integral. Se ha optado por la implantación del ERP Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations como herramienta que mejor encaja todos los procesos operativos de la empresa en este momento de expansión.Actualmente dispone de un sistema de gestión, Microsoft Dynamics AX versión 2009, versión que se ha quedado pequena para los volúmenes de información que manejan y que no está acorde con el crecimiento de la companía, que no satisface las necesidades comerciales y financieras de la misma dada la cantidad de información que se necesita tener al día, tanto de clientes como de existencias.
