El proyecto a desarrollar se enmarca en la transformación digital de la empresa vía:a) Digitalización del archivo documental de gestión comercial y planimetría para producción.b) Implantación de copias de seguridad encriptadas como protección ante actual amenaza de virus informáticos.Las actuaciones a realizar son:1.- Consultoría de análisis y evaluación de situación actual de la gestión documental y copias de respaldo. Así como identificar nuevos requerimientos de necesidades tanto organizativas como software y hardware .2.- Desarrollo de módulos a medida para la gestión documental a implementar en software de gestión (en módulo de clientes CRM).3.- Adquisición de software para realización de copias de seguridad encriptadas.4.- Adquisición de hardware servidor moderno tipo torre con disco duro espejo para alojar copias de seguridad. Permitirá aumentar la seguridad, velocidad y gestión de trabajos.5.-Adquisicion de hardware consistentes en 3 equipos pc sobremesa que irán conectados vía red local al anterior servidor.6.- Adquisición equipo multifuncional para escaneo, fax, email, impresión de la gestión documental y clasificación de archivo documental según su tipología. As well as identifying new requirements for organizational needs as well as software and hardware.2.- Customised module development for document management to be implemented in management software (in CRM client module).3.- Acquisition of software for making encrypted backups.4.- Acquisition of modern server hardware tower type with mirror hard disk to host backups. It will increase security, speed and job management.5.-Acquisition of hardware consisting of 3 desktop computers that will be connected via local network to the previous server.6.- Acquisition of multifunctional equipment for scanning, fax, email, document management printing and document file classification according to their typology.
