Pintura sobre muro representando el ofrecimiento de la iglesia primitiva a San Francisco por parte del rey San Fernando o por su hijo el infante don Fadrique, con la presencia de la Virgen. En su estado de conservación destacan las grietas y pérdidas de policromía. El tratamiento propuesto se centrará en la protección de las zonas con peligro inminente de desprendimiento, limpieza de la suciedad superficial, adhesión de las capas de película pictórica al mortero y consolidación de sustratos, revocado de zonas de muro con pérdida de capa preparatoria, reintegración cromática y realización de memoria técnica final.
