AS AN ADVANTAGE, ADEQUATE CONTROL (A VARIETY OF WHITE PULP APPLES WITH A SIMILAR CONTENT OF OTHER PHYTOCHEMICALS) WILL BE OFFERED, WITH ANTHOCYANIN SUPPLEMENTATION BEING THE ONLY DIFFERENCE. THIS APPROACH WILL ALLOW DIRECT LINKAGE OF APPLE ANTHOCYANINS WITH OBSERVED EFFECTS ALLOWING THE STUDY OF UNDERLYING MECHANISMS OF ACTION. The COMPARATION OF the biofortified MANZANA WITH an EXTRACT OF ANTOCIANINS OBTAINS OF THIS MANZANA VARIATE will allow to evaluate the impact of the Food MATRIZ on the OBSERVED EFFECTS OF ANTOCIANINS._x000D_ SPECIFIC OBJECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF Subproject 2 SON:_x000D_ -evaluate the chronic effects of the supplementation of the head in anthocyanins in the course of the red manzan or an extract of variated anthocyanins on LDLC REDUCTION IN HYPERCOLESTEROLEMIA SUJECTS._x000D_ -EVALUATE chronic AND AGUDY EFFECTS of ANTOCIANINS IN A COMPLETE OF RMC FACTORS DESCRITTED BY EFSA AND FDA RELATED TO THE ENDOTELIAL FUNCTION, ARTERIAL PRESSION, LIPIED PERFIL, INFL AND OXIDATION BIOMARKERS._x000D_ -EVALUATE Cronic EFFECTS OF ANTOCIANINS IN FACTORS RCM EMERGENTS AS THE FUNCTIONALITY OF HDL through the efflux of COLESTEROL AND PARAXONASA ACTIVITY (PON) and the NUMBER AND SIZE OF LDL and HDL PARTICULES._x000D_ -SESTING ANTOCIANIN ACTION MECANISMS IN THE RCM CONTROL. IN PARTICULAR, IT IS EXPECTED TO PROVIDE NEW EVIDENCE IN THE REGULATION OF SIGNAGE PATHWAYS THROUGH FUNCTIONAL PROTEOMIC STUDIES, THROUGH PROTEIN-PROTEIN INTERACTIONS AND POST-TRANSLATIONAL MODIFICATIONS, APPLIED IN SAMPLES OF HUMAN PLASMA AND DIANA TISSUES (AORTA AND HEART) IN WISTAR RATS WITH HYPERCHOLESTEROLEMIA. THE DATA OBTAINED WILL CONTRIBUTE SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SOLID SCIENTIFIC BASES ON THE POTENTIAL EFFECTS OF ANTHOCYANINS AND THEIR MECHANISMS OF ACTION ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF MCR THROUGH A NEW RED RICH PULP APPLE IN ANTOCININAS.
